Norman is a seasoned Finance Executive with over 20 years of experience in financial services, auditing, and accounting. His expertise spans performance management, strategic and capital management, ALM, and corporate governance. He holds FCAZ, FCCA, and CFA® designations, alongside an MBL (with distinction) from UNISA and an MSc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London, UK.

He has significant board-level experience, currently chairing the Audit Committees of the Office of the Auditor General and National Railways of Zimbabwe and previously serving in similar roles for Chicken Slice Group and Zimbabwe Open University.
