The Board of directors of CBZ Holdings Limited is  pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Takudzwa  Donald Mudzengerere as Director of the Board with  effect from 6 May 2025. 

Mr Takudzwa Donald Mudzengerere is a distinguished  investment executive with over 17 years of experience  spanning Corporate Finance, Private Equity, and Financial  Strategy. 

Takudzwa is the Co-Founder and Director of Athari  Capital Partners, a corporate finance advisory firm that  has originated and executed high-impact transactions  across sub-Saharan Africa. He also serves as Chairman  of Origen Contracting, a mining and civil engineering  contracting company.
