CBZ Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the following Board appointments:

Mr Takudzwa Donald Mudzengerere has been appointed as a Director of the Board of CBZ Holdings Limited, effective 6 May 2025. Takudzwa is a distinguished investment executive with over 17 years of experience spanning Corporate Finance, Private Equity, and Financial Strategy. He is Co-Founder and Director of Athari Capital Partners and Chairman of Origen Contracting. He previously held senior positions at EY, EOH Holdings, and AB InBev. Mr Mudzengerere is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charterholder.

Mr Pfungwa Gore Serima has been appointed as a Director of the Board of CBZ Holdings Limited, effective 22 April 2025. Mr Serima brings over 36 years of executive leadership in the technology sector, with a track record at global institutions such as Microsoft, SAP, Accenture, and Metrofile Holdings. He is renowned for leading transformative digital strategies and regional expansion across Africa and the Middle East. Mr Serima holds a degree in Business Studies and Computing Science from the University of Zimbabwe.
