Delay in the Publication of 31 December 2023 Financial Statements

The Board of Directors (the “Board “) of CBZ Holdings Limited(the “Company”) wishes to advise its Shareholders that the Company has not been able to publish its Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the “Financial Statements”) on or before 31 March 2024.
