Group Chief Risk Officer

Eunice is a seasoned risk executive with over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has held senior leadership roles at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Central Africa Building Society (CABS), and Old Mutual Zimbabwe, where she oversaw risk management across banking, insurance, microfinance, and asset management.

She holds a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Services, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, and is certified in Quantitative Finance (CQF). Her expertise spans enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

As Group Chief Risk Officer, Eunice will lead CBZ Holdings’ risk strategy — reinforcing sound governance, resilience, and sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.
