The CBZ Holdings Limited Board is pleased to announce the following Executive appointments:
Group Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Never Nyemudzo has been appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 May 2014.
Never is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years’ experience in the financial services sector. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Accountancy from the University of Zimbabwe. He also holds a Master of Commerce in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance from Midlands State University.
Never commenced his career with BDO Zimbabwe where he trained for his articles and has held senior management roles from the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, First Banking Corporation and the People’s Own Savings Bank. Prior to his appointment as Group Chief Executive Officer, Never was the Group Chief Finance Officer.
Never is married to Vimbai and they have four children.
Group Chief Finance Officer
Mr. Colin Chimutsa has been appointed to the position of Group Chief Finance Officer with effect from 1 May 2014.
Colin is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years experience in the financial services sector. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
Colin began his career with Coopers & Lybrand Chartered Accountants. He joined Delta Corporation as Finance Director for United Bottlers before moving to Founders Building Society, now ZB Building Society where he was Managing Director for eleven years. He Joined CBZ Bank Limited in 2009 as the Executive Director, Mortgage Finance, the position he has held to date.
Colin is married to Sandra and they have three children.
