Nkosana is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of distinguished experience driving growth, profitability, and transformative change across diverse African markets. He has held pivotal senior leadership roles at premier organizations including BDO, KPMG, and the Letshego Group, where he served as Chief Executive Officer of Letshego Microfinance Bank Nigeria.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Nkosana holds an Honours degree in Accounting Science and has further honed his leadership capabilities through executive development programmes at GIBS. His extensive expertise encompasses strategic planning, digital transformation, operational optimisation, and complex stakeholder engagement.

With a proven record of translating strategy into tangible results, Nkosana is tasked with steering the Group’s overarching growth and transformation agenda to fulfil the strategic vision of CBZ Holdings.
