DEFERMENT OF PUBLICATION OF AUDITED 2023 FULL YEAR FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE REVITUS REIT
In terms of section 39 (1) of Statutory Instrument 134 of 2019, issuers listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) are required to publish their financial results not more than three months after the end of their financial year. The Revitus Reit was listed on the ZSE on 18 December 2023 and traded for less than two weeks in 2023. Due to the short trading period in 2023 and the economic costs of producing the audited financial statements, CBZ Asset Management as the manager of the Revitus REIT, was granted a waiver by the ZSE not to publish audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2023 and is required to publish audited financial statements for the full-year ending 31 December 2024 covering a period of 54 weeks.
